What to include when you report a problem
- What you asked (you can shorten or anonymise your draft).
- What happened and what you expected.
- Where you used it: ChatGPT on the web, desktop or mobile app, or another product.
- The date and time, so the problem can be matched to a server status.
Common questions
Why does it ask me questions before writing my prompt?
That is deliberate. A few focused answers — your goal, audience, format and preferred model — are what make the final prompt accurate. You can answer everything in one reply, for example "1a, 2c, 3b". If you really want it to skip the questions, say "no questions, just build it" and it will list the assumptions it made.
The tap-to-select question panel didn't appear.
The panel appears only where ChatGPT supports it. Wherever it doesn't, the same questions are listed in the chat — just reply in one message. If the panel shows but won't send, type your answers in the chat instead.
It says a model's status is "not confirmed as of" a date.
AI models change quickly. When the plugin can't confirm a model's current status, it tells you the date of the last check rather than guessing. Check the provider's own website before relying on it.
It won't answer my question or search the news.
The plugin only writes prompts. Ask it to write a prompt for the task instead, and use that prompt in the AI tool of your choice.
Is this made by OpenAI or Anthropic?
No. It is an independent plugin published by Adebayo David and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI or Anthropic.
How do I stop using it?
Remove the plugin from ChatGPT at any time. Nothing is stored on the developer's side, so there is nothing else to delete there.
